As we continue to prepare for the changes that are coming, we remain committed to supporting our families and community in getting the care they need. As direct treatment is not available at this time, we will be seeing patients through Telehealth Services starting Tuesday, March 24th, 2020usinga HIPAA compliant platform for which can be accessed through your computer, tablet or smartphone. It is really simple to set up and we are happy to walk you through the process.
We will call to verify your Telehealth insurance coveragebut would also encourage you to do the same. If your insurance provider does not cover Telehealth, we offer a private pay for these services. During this time of uncertainty, we have set these rates at a discount to help allow families the opportunity to continue services even when not covered by insurance. The first session will start with a introduction to Teletherapy and a review of the physical space available as well as the materials available. We are excited to get the opportunity to see our clients in their home environments, as we can address difficulties with daily routines more effectively and provide better home programming ideas. Our therapists are amazing at problem solving and using everyday materials to help your child meet their daily needs and goals.
